Our natural stones are sourced from the world's finest quarries, ensuring premium quality and timeless beauty. While we don't offer a specific warranty, these stones are built to last generations with proper care and installation according to Australian standards.
You should inspect the material before picking from the warehouse or immediately at the time of delivery.
Any defect, if found, shall be communicated within 24 hours of delivery.
All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping charges. No returns will be applicable on custom orders, discontinued product lines and sealers.
Return on the items is accepted with 15 days from delivery or pickup and is subjected to be returned in their original condition with undamaged packaging.
