• Our natural stones are sourced from the world's finest quarries, ensuring premium quality and timeless beauty. While we don't offer a specific warranty, these stones are built to last generations with proper care and installation according to Australian standards.
• You should inspect the material before picking from the warehouse or immediately at the time of delivery.
• Any defect, if found, shall be communicated within 24 hours of delivery.
• All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping charges. No returns will be applicable on custom orders, discontinued product lines and sealers.
• Return on the items is accepted with 15 days from delivery or pickup and is subjected to be returned in their original condition with undamaged packaging.
