- Pre-installation: Dip-seal the stone to create a protective barrier.
- Regular Maintenance: Re-seal the stone every 2-3 years to maintain its elegance.
- Cleaning: Use pH-neutral cleaners specifically formulated for natural stone to avoid damaging the surface.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Refrain from using harsh chemicals, bleach or ammonia, as these can erode the stone.
- Gentle Cleaning: Don't use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that can scratch the stone's surface.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the stone for signs of wear and tear, such as chips or cracks.

- Before placing your order, you can request a quote for one of our primary delivery methods: Truck-Mounted Forklift, Truck-Mounted Crane (HIAB) or Tailgate (Truck + Pallet Jack).

- Our natural stones are sourced from the world's finest quarries, ensuring premium quality and timeless beauty. While we don't offer a specific warranty, these stones are built to last generations with proper care and installation according to Australian standards.
- You should inspect the material before picking from the warehouse or immediately at the time of delivery.
- Any defect, if found, shall be communicated within 24 hours of delivery.
- All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping charges. No returns will be applicable on custom orders, discontinued product lines and sealers.
- Return on the items is accepted with 15 days from delivery or pickup and is subjected to be returned in their original condition with undamaged packaging.
