Order Collection & Pick Up Policy
Think before you load
It is dangerous to travel with products that are not properly secured in your vehicle. By choosing to load the products into your vehicle, you accept full responsibility and do so at your own risk. We will not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury that may occur during loading or transport.
Products Are Heavy!
Each Product can weigh up to 50 kg. They are extremely heavy and awkward to lift and load.
We cannot Load Into Your Vehicle
Due to OH&S policies, we cannot hand-load the products in your vehicle.
Forklift Available
We will gladly forklift the products onto your Ute / Trailer / Truck.
You May Need 2 People
If you plan to collect the products by hand, you may need another person to assist if you are not comfortable with lifting heavy goods.
Warehouse Pickups
Orders can be collected from our Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne warehouses.
Important - We do not facilitate same-day pickup from our warehouse. Our order processing time is usually 24 hours. Our consultants will coordinate and share the pick-up code with you in advance for smooth processing.
Please arrive before 3:30 PM on the pickup date at our warehouse for the collection of the order.
Vehicle Loading Policy
- Manual loading of the product/products in the vehicle is the driver’s responsibility.
- Your order may only be collected in full or at a minimum of one full palette at a time. Multiple pickups for a single order may attract additional charges. Multiple pickups need to be discussed, and charges, if any, need to be agreed in writing before arranging multiple pickups.
- Pallets of products will only be loaded onto tray top utilities or trucks with clear, unhindered forklift access. The vehicle should be adequate and approved for commercial pickups.
- Goods should be picked up in approved commercial vehicles such as Open Trailers or Commercial Ute. Pickups in unapproved vehicles, such as cars or caged trailers, will be at your own risk.
- Pantech-style trucks and barn door vans will require restraining points suitable for securing the pallet to be forklift-loaded; otherwise, they will need to be manually self-loaded.
- Style side utilities and top-hinged door vans cannot forklift pallets to be loaded and will need to be manually self-loaded.
