Samples are shipped from our Sydney warehouse.

Orders are processed for delivery within 24 Business Hours from the order placement time  or otherwise agreed in writing at the time of order placement.

Delivery Methods

Truck-Mounted Forklift - Your order will be delivered by a truck with a forklift. There should be a clearance of 2.2 meters wide for the forklift to enter and a hard surface for its easy movement.
Truck-Mounted Crane (HIAB)
Tailgate (Truck + Pallet Jack) - Your order will be delivered by a tailgate truck, and the pallets will be moved with a pallet jack. Therefore, you must have a flat concrete surface at your property; otherwise, the pallets will go back to the depot, and it will be your responsibility to organize the pickup of your order.

Delivery Charges

We work with third-party shipping partners to ensure on-site deliveries. Contact us with your preferred delivery method to know the exact delivery charges.  

Order Pick Up

We do not facilitate same-day pickup from our warehouse. Our order processing time is usually 24 hours. Our consultants will coordinate and share the pick-up code with you in advance for smooth processing.

Please arrive before 3:00 PM on the pickup date at our warehouse for the collection of the order.

Pick Up Hours:

Weekdays 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Saturday 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
