- You should inspect the material before picking from the warehouse or immediately at the time of delivery.
- Any defect, if found, shall be communicated within 24 hours of delivery.
- All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping charges. No returns will be applicable on custom orders, discontinued product lines and sealers.
- Return on the items is accepted with 15 days from delivery or pickup and is subjected to be returned in their original condition with undamaged packaging.

It would be good if there was a drive-through outdoor display area at the depot, this was the only drawback trying to range samples, although these were offered for collection it was just difficult to coordinate.
