As per the industry standard, you should apply 2 coats of sealant on the surface.
It is highly recommended to reseal Garonne Limestone every 2-3 years to maintain its look and keep it safe from dirt or stains.
Garonne Limestone is a faded grey coloured stone with patterns. Light coloured stones are quite likely to get stained with beverage or oil spillover. You should hence seal the surface of the stone.
It is easy to remove stains from Garonne Limestone floors. We recommend using warm water and a soft cloth to clean the surface of the tile or paver.
Since Limestone is sensitive to acids and other cleaning agents, the best way to clean the surface is with a soft microfiber cloth or mop. It effectively removes dirt and grime from the surface.
Usually, it is not advised to clean Garonne Limestone with bleach as it can etch the surface and leave a permanent stain. Avoid bleach as much as possible.
Limestone is sensitive to vinegar and acids. Therefore, it is not recommended to use any acidic or citric cleaner on Limestone floorings. You should also not use bathroom, grout, or tub and tile cleaner.
